Their work ranges from removing Alien Invasive Plants (AIPs) that threaten our indigenous vegetation, to clearing snares that endanger wildlife, and organising regular beach clean-ups to keep our coastline pristine.
This ongoing work plays a vital role in maintaining the delicate ecological balance that allows Bazley’s rich biodiversity to thrive. It is not always glamorous work, but it is essential — and it is carried out with dedication, knowledge, and a genuine love for this place we call home.
As a community, we are incredibly lucky to have such a passionate team looking after Bazley’s natural heritage. Their efforts remind us that protecting our environment is a shared responsibility, and that with the support of residents we can ensure Bazley remains the beautiful, thriving coastal village we all cherish.
