We are extremely fortunate to have Frederick Janse Van Rensburg from Gladiator residing in Bazley. He is part of our community and he actively tackles safety and security matters continuously.
What does need to be clearly understood is Frederick’s core responsibilities as an armed response unit of Gladiator:
- To pro-actively patrol on a regular basis, as deemed fit by Gladiator management, and primarily focus on paying clients properties and security / safety needs.
- To respond to valid client alarms / panic situations as per service level agreement with Gladiator.
What Frederick does voluntarily, when he can, in his personal capacity being part of the Bazley community:
- Assist the Bazley Residents Association to manage any safety and security concerns.
- Assist to chase or apprehend poachers on neighbouring Illovo property.
What Frederick does not do:
- Respond to any matters that are of a domestic nature and non-threatening.
If you are not a Gladiator client we strongly urge you to consider signing up with them to ensure their continued support of Bazley.
We are a small community and not really financially viable to Gladiator.
Help Frederick find his perfect working dog companion
Frederick is a certified K-9 handler and he would like to get a suitable working dog puppy to train as his partner. If you are in a position to, or know of someone who can, assist please let us know.
Typical breed would be Alsatian, German Shepard, Africanis. Having a trained dog as your partner is extremely valuable when responding to situations that require tracking, compliance and personal safety.
