Having issues with Eskom? Here's how to log a complaint

If you’re experiencing problems with Eskom services and have not received a satisfactory response through their usual contact channels, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint.

As a service to Bazley residents, we’re sharing the official Eskom complaint process below.

🔹 Stage 2: Escalation to Provincial Executive Management

If you’re not satisfied with the Stage 1 outcome, you can escalate the matter to the Provincial Executive Management team:

You’ll need to include:

  • A summary of the complaint
  • The outcome of the Stage 1 response
  • The Stage 1 reference number

🔹 Stage 3: Escalation to the National Executive Customer Care Centre (ECCC)

The ECCC will investigate and keep you updated until the matter is resolved.
